Our Services

“When you open your home, you open your heart.”

Felts Sponsored Residential Services allow for one or two Individuals with Intellectual and/or Developmental Disabilities to be integrated into a Provider’s family.

If the Provider is not home with the Individual or bringing the Individual with them outside of the home, then staff is hired to help with care and socialization.

Through Community Living Waivers, support and services are made available 24/7.

We also offer ongoing trainings and assistance transitioning Individuals to your family.

Felts Sponsored Residential Services

Felts Group Home Services allow for three or four Individuals with Intellectual and/or Developmental Disabilities to live in one home as a family.

In Felts Group Homes, there is either a live-in Provider or staff offering services and support 24/7 through Community Living Waivers.

Just like our Sponsored Residential Services, our goal with Group Homes is to give Individuals a place to call their own, feel independent, socialize, learn and grow, and take part in their community.

Supported Living

Through our Supported Living program, Individuals can live on their own in a community-based setting.

The Supported Living Residential Service emphasizes living independently and encourages social and recreational activities to live a fulfilling and meaningful life.

Supported Living enables adults to live in their own home and choose where they want to live, with whom, how they want to be supported, and what happens in their home.

Skilled Nursing & Private Duty Nursing

Nursing services are offered to Individuals residing in Felts Sponsored Residential Homes and Felts Group Homes by either a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN).

RNs and/or LPNs who are providing skilled nursing can provide one-to-one intermittent care up to 21 hours/week.

Private Duty Nurses (PDNs) provide one-to-one person-centered nursing care for Individuals requiring more than 21 hours/week.

If you’re interested in becoming a Sponsored Residential Provider, we can help you license your home and match your family with an Individual. Being a Provider is a rewarding career with great pay that allows you to work from home and create a meaningful life for someone else (as well as yourself).
