Greetings! My name is Shannon Underwood, and alongside my husband, Raymond Underwood, we extend a warm invitation to you to become a part of our loving family. With 23 years of marriage behind us, we've built a life filled with love, support, and cherished memories.
With a genuine passion for providing care and support, I have over 22 years of experience in the field, specializing in assisting individuals with dual diagnosis, physical, and/or mental needs. I hold CPR/First Aid and medication administration certifications for both adults and children. With two Career Studies certificates in Human Services, my expertise spans various settings, from group homes to day support programs. I am adept at supporting individuals with mobility issues, behavioral needs, and fostering healthy lifestyles. Raymond shares my commitment to care, holding CPR/First Aid certifications for over 25 years. He's dedicated to ensuring every individual in our home has the opportunities they desire.
Our Family
We are proud parents to three adult sons and grandparents to four adorable grandchildren. Our family also includes a beloved grand Golden Doodle named Lilly. Together, we cherish family time, enjoying cookouts, board games, and culinary adventures. We actively participate in church events, volunteering, singing, and regular services. Exploring local attractions like car shows, zoos, and craft shows brings us joy. Additionally, we love embarking on vacations to the beach and Tennessee, indulging in our shared interests and creating lasting memories.
